Stephanie Tyler - Hold on tight

Navy Seal Chris Waldron and his team are in Africa to rescue the US Ambassador and his family from a hostile situation. But the operation didn’t quite go as it should be, because Navy Seal Kendall and FBI agent Miller are both killed in an explosion.

FBI special agent Jamie Michaels has been assigned to question Navy Seal Chris & Cam and find out what went wrong. Chris has some memory lapses from the explosion, but both men separately explain that it was FBI Josiah who ordered them not to enter the building and that Navy Seal Kendall disobeyed his command.

It’s hard for Jamie & Chris to stay away from each other, because they both remember the passion between them months ago when they go looking for her missing sister. Their new found relationship is under fire when Jamie’s boss informs her that FBI Miller didn’t die in the explosion but was shot between his eyes and Chris, who is a sharp sniper, is suspect number one.

Hold on Tight by Stephanie Tyler is the last novel in her Hard to Hold Trilogy and just like the previous two novels its one hell of a book. I have to say that since I’ve read Tyler’s Navy books I’m totally hooked to this genre. Who can refuse those hot strong men in uniforms, well I don’t.

Chris and Jamie met in Too Hot to Hold, when Jamie was after his brother Nick and went looking for her missing sister in Africa. Now she’s back in Chris’s life, investigating the situation Chris is in, but soon she discovers she cannot do this, because of her strong feelings for him.

Chris has always been the “weird” one of the three brothers because of his paranormal gift. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t close. There isn’t anything the three brothers wouldn’t do for each other, so when Chris is in trouble they will watch his back and get him trough this situation.

I really enjoyed reading this fabulous Trilogy about three brothers and their adventures. I love to read about their different background and the way they were brought together and became a family. I know there will be another Navy Trilogy with members of their team and I cannot wait to read those.

Stephanie Tyler - Too hot to hold

Nick Devane was adopted by the Waldron’s when he was 14 years old. Nick has been neglected by his biological family and started to rebel, so the Waldron’s found a way to get him away and start a new life with them. Just like his adopted siblings Chris and Jake, he’s part of the Navy Seal team, he lives for danger and of course beautiful women.

Kaylee Smith was raised by her grandmother after he mother abandoned her. She works as a reporter under a pseudonym and is known to find the truth no matter what. Kaylee always believed that her ex-husband Aaron was killed during one of his missions in Africa, but when she receives a mysterious phone call from her “dead” husband she doesn’t know what to think. He wants to come to Africa to get him free by paying a huge amount of ransom money, not knowing that this trip will change her life forever.

Too Hot to Hold by Stephanie Tyler is the second novel in the Hard to Hold Trilogy and like the previous novel, one hell of a book. I’ve read a couple of Stephanie’s other Navy Seal books and she’s got me hooked from the start. She creates a world full of action, danger, sexual attraction and of course fears, one fabulous combination.

Kaylee meets Nick when she finds a list with names of military men in a safely deposit box of her dead husband. Because of that mysterious phone call, she decides to call or visit all these men to find out what happened to her husband. Is he really dead and someone is playing with her or is he still alive? She wants Nick to help her, but he refuses.

Nick eventually agrees to help her and travels with her to Africa, where danger lies in every corner of the jungle. Meanwhile at home his brother Chris covers for him and tries to keep FBI agent Jamie as far away from Nick as possible, not an easy job to do.

I already loved the interaction and huge bond between the three brothers Jake, Nick and Chris. Although they don’t share the same parents, that don’t mean they aren’t close, they would die or do anything for the others, no matter the situation.

The only thing for me to say is that this is one fabulous novel and I’m really looking forward to the last installment in this series.

Stephanie Tyler - Beyond his control

Justin Brant, a highly trained Navy Seal gets a call from his friend Leo Turkowski with a request. Leo is working undercover to get more information to put the O’Rourke’s behind bars. But somehow his younger sister Ava is involved in this case and Justin has to get her out of town fast. Justin cannot refuse this request and is heading to Ava, even though their history together.

Ava Turkowski is working on an abusive case of Susan Mercer, who seems to be connected to the O’Rourke’s family. Ava has been treated before, but not like this. So when she receives some photographs of her and the people around her, she knows that she has to leave town. And when Justin appears on her doorstep not long after getting those pictures, she knows she’s in big trouble.

Justin takes Ava to a safe house only his Navy Seal members knows about and hopes he Leo will contact them soon with more information. But it seems the DEA has a traitor in their midst and Leo is caught and beaten to death. Can he escape the O’Rourke’s and save his little sister or should he let Justin do that job?

Beyond his control by Stephanie Tyler is the last novel in her first Navy Seal trilogy. Just like the previous books, it’s easy to read, full of danger and a fabulous hero and heroine. What else can you ask for?

Justin and Ava know each other for quite some years now and were even involved, but that ended abruptly when Justin married someone else. Ava was heartbroken, but determined to survive this. So she made a career as a lawyer, but she could never forget the love of her life. Now he is back and determined to keep her safe.
Justin knows his favor to his friend Leo will be hard, how can he be around Ava after what he done to her in the past. Should he tell her the truth or keep her in the dark. The one thing he cannot ignore is his feelings for her, growing inside getting stronger and stronger.

This is the last book in Tyler’s first series and it was definitely worth to read. Those handsome Navy Seal will sweep you off your feet the moment you met them.

Stephanie Tyler - Risking it all

Rina Calhoun has one dream; she wants to step into the footsteps of her beloved uncle, who was a film journalist. She’s working on a grant, so she can go to Africa and finish what her uncle started. Now she has to impress her boss with her X-treme documentary, so when she’s editing the water sport film with extreme surfer Cash, she knows she hit the jackpot. The only down part is that one of her crew forgot to get the film release paper signed, so Rina is determined to find Cash to sign that paper.

Navy Seal John “Cash” Cashman is working undercover as a surfer to get the big guys in a drug deal. So when this journalist Rina wants him to sign the release papers for the X-treme film, Cash has to refuse so he won’t blow his cover. But he wouldn’t mind spending a night with this beautiful journalist and maybe get the original tape of his surfing.

Rina’s chances for the grant are ruined, so she needs to come up with another film idea. So she turns to her uncle who’s an admiral at the Navy Seal, in order to get approval to film a documentary about these Navy Seals. It turns out Cash and Rina will meet each other again, and Cash knows he cannot ruin her film twice.

Risking it all by Stephanie Tyler is another fabulous novel. We already met Cash team member Hunt in an early novel and I was curious about Cash. Well I wasn’t disappointed; Cash turns out to be the hero you expect him to be.

Cash and Rina meet each other when he is working undercover to catch a major drug dealer. He cannot let Rina use that X-treme tape, where they were filming him surfing. Now weeks later they meet again, when she appears on the military base where Cash is stationed. Her uncle is his boss and gave the approval for a Navy Seal documentary and Cash’s team is the one she’s working with.

The attraction between Cash and Rina was there from the beginning and grows more every minute they spend time together. But Cash don’t want to let the admiral know about his relationship with his niece. But that is not all, he has to keep her safe from a danger she doesn’t even know she’s in.

With Cash as a surfing Navy Seal and Rina as the film journalist, Stephanie Tyler created a fabulous couple. I cannot wait to read more about Justin Brand, who will be next.

Stephanie Tyler - Hard to Hold

Jake Hansen grew up with an abusive step-father and when he died in a fight with Jake, the Waldron family took him in and raises him as one of their own. But Jake was trouble from day one and the only thing left for him was joining the Military at the age of 15. Now he is one of the best Nave Seal of their unit, because Jake doesn’t hold back. While a dangerous mission in Africa, his unit finds an American woman, a hostage. Jake cannot believe his eyes when he sees the woman tied up, and beaten half to death, his instinct kicks in and he do everything in his power to get her home safe.

Isabelle Markham has everything in her life that every woman dreams about, a successful career as a surgeon and a fiancĂ© who says he loves her. But Isabelle feels restless, so she joins the Doctor without Borders program in Africa. For the first time in her life she feels free of obligations, pressures and definitely her mother’s political career. But then she is kidnapped for ransom, tied up and beaten half to death.

Hard to hold by Stephanie Tyler is the first novel in the Hard to Hold Trilogy and one hell of a book. I never knew that I could love those Navy Seal romance novels so much, but Stephanie Tyler change all that. It’s full of action, fears, excitement and definitely sexual attraction, one fabulous combination.

Jake Hansen is one tough man, who isn’t afraid of anything; he grew up in an abusive home. Luckily for Jake, the Waldron family took him in after his step-father death and the bond between him and his adopted brothers Nick Devane and Chris Waldron became stronger than ever. But when he and Nick rescue a woman, during their mission in Africa Jake’s though heart begin to melt for that woman.

Isabelle is strong and good at her job, but she is restless so she needs to find out what she wants with her life before it’s too late to change anything. She joins the Doctor without Border in Africa, but she never could have imagined being kidnapped, raped, tied up and left to die. But the moment Jake walks through that door and save her life, she knows he is the right man for her.

I cannot believe that Isabelle had any will left to live after all she’s been through in Africa. You can say that makes her one hell of a strong determined woman. She isn’t afraid to go after things she wants and she wants Jake. And what about Jake…OMG what a man, with scars of his own from his past, trying hard to avoid Isabelle, but have to admit that beside his brother Nick and Chris, she is the only one who can chase away the nightmares.

I loved the interaction between the three brothers, not bound by blood but a bond stronger than that, along with a loving father. I couldn’t stop reading until I came to the last pages. All I have left to say is that this is a fabulous first book in this new trilogy and I cannot wait to find out more about Nick and Chris.

Stephanie Tyler - Coming Undone

Carolyn “Carly” Winters is a retired professional surfer. She has a terrible accident in her last competition and since then she has panic attacks whenever she gets near the ocean. So everyone thought it was strange when she bought the beach house, but it was all part of her plan to get back in the saddle. Now she is helping her best friend spice up her sex life, so she writes an erotic fantasy and faxed it to her friend. But what Carly doesn’t know, she accidentally faxed it to the Mayport Military Base, right in the hands of Jonathan Huntington.

Lieutenant Jonathan “Hunt” Huntington cannot believe his eyes when he receives an erotica fantasy by fax and is determined to find this mysterious woman and maybe fulfill this fantasy of hers. When Hunt arrives at Carly’s home to confront her, he couldn’t imagine that his life would change tremendously. Carly needs help and need a temporally boyfriend for her sister’s wedding, so Hunt offers his help, exchange for some surfing lessons.

Will Hunt be able to help her overcome her fears of the ocean or will he break her heart instead?

Coming Undone by Stephanie Tyler is fabulous Navy Seal novel and easy to read. The novel is full of fears, emotions and of course sexual attraction.

The chemistry between Carly and Hunt is huge and right there from the beginning. Hunt is the kind of guy who feels the need to help everyone around him and ask nothing in return. So when he meets Carly, a retired surfer who is afraid to get back in the water after her accident, he is determined to help her back in the water. Carly falls hard for Hunt, the moment he shows up on her doorstep and basically demands a fulfillment of the fantasy, she cannot get him out of her mind. And when her parents think he is her boyfriend, they invite him to her sister’s wedding. When she discover Hunt fears to open his heart for everyone close around him, like his brother and her, she’ll do anything in her power to make him see that there isn’t anything to be afraid of.

Hunt’s brother Ty and Carly’s best friend Samantha are fabulous secondary characters. From the moment those two meet each other; you can sense that there is a second storyline.

I really enjoyed this wonderful romantic story and I cannot wait to read what Stephanie Tyler has in store for Cash in the next novel.

But nobody could have predicted the huge chemistry between them, especially when Catie ask Bat to posse for her sexual art drawings.

Holy Moly what an awesome anthology, all three stories are full of steamy scenes and great sexy characters. I couldn’t put the book down, it lured me right into it and I wasn’t surprised that I finished the book a few hours later. After each story I wanted to get involved with the male character; an ink artist who could tattoo the way Tristan did to Sophie, or having a photo shoot with the sexy photographer Hex, and last but not least Bat can pouring me a drink anytime anywhere.

I cannot say otherwise then those three authors are a must read.
